Transport Advisory Notice

Dear Parents / Guardians,

The school does not directly provide transport facilities. However, based on requests from parents and guardians, arrangements have been made to facilitate transportation for students.

Guidelines for School Transport

1. Bus Fee Payment
   Students opting for the bus facility must pay the transport fee in two installments:

   • The first installment at the time of collecting the bus card
   • The second installment on or before 31st October

   This system has been introduced to ensure timely payment of fees.

2. Priority Allocation
   Preference will be given to students who are already availing the bus facility.

3. Transport Responsibility
   The transport service provider is responsible for ensuring:

   • Properly maintained and safe buses
   • Qualified staff and punctual service

   The safety and transportation of students are primarily the responsibility of the service provider and the parents/guardians.

4. Fee Revision
   Transport fees may be revised due to factors such as fuel price increases and operational costs. Any such revision during the academic session will be communicated accordingly. Parents opting for the service should take note of this.
5. Route Availability
   Bus routes will operate based on student demand. Routes with insufficient students may be discontinued.
6. Bus Card Requirement
   • Payment must be regularly updated in the bus card
   • Students must carry their bus card at all times
   • Travel without a valid bus card will not be permitted
7. Restricted Usage
   The bus facility is strictly for students. Parents, guardians, or unauthorized persons are not allowed to use the service.
8. Assigned Bus Usage
   Students must travel only in the bus assigned to them.
9. Full Session Commitment
   The bus facility is arranged for the entire academic session.
   Students are not allowed to discontinue mid-session (except in case of official transfer). Failure to comply may result in being marked as a defaulter.
10. Pick-Up & Drop Rules

• Students coming by bus must return by bus
• Parents should not pick up students during return unless prior permission is given to the teacher-in-charge
• The school will not be responsible for students picked up without proper notification

11. Instructions for Students
    Parents are requested to guide their children to:

• Remain seated and not get down except at their stop
• Avoid buying items during transit
• Never board or get off a moving bus
• Maintain discipline and avoid misconduct
• Not damage bus property (any damage will be chargeable)
• Respect school staff and transport personnel

Failure to follow these rules may lead to termination of bus services for the student.
